Weevu Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines set forth the standards of behavior and content applicable to all users of the Weevu platform, including viewers and streamers. They are designed to promote safety, lawful use, and respectful interactions across the platform.

These Guidelines apply to all content and activity on Weevu, including livestreams, private sessions, messages, profiles, requests, and any other user interactions. Compliance with these Guidelines is required as a condition of using the platform.

The Community Guidelines are incorporated by reference into Weevu’s Terms of Service and should be read together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Safety and Lawful Use

You may not use the Weevu platform to engage in, promote, facilitate, or depict any unlawful, harmful, or dangerous activity.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

·       Violations of local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.

·       Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices.

·       Impersonation of any person or entity.

·       Encouraging or facilitating self-harm, suicide, or violent wrongdoing.

Use of the platform in a manner that creates a credible risk of physical harm to any person or property.

Child Safety and Exploitation (Zero Tolerance)

Weevu has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”), child exploitation, or any conduct that endangers minors.

You may not create, upload, stream, request, distribute, store, or otherwise engage with any content or behavior that:

·       Depicts a minor engaged in sexual activity or depicted in a sexualized manner.

·       Involves grooming, solicitation, enticement, or attempts to meet a minor for sexual purposes.

·       Requests, offers, or discusses sexual content involving minors.

·       Facilitates or promotes child trafficking, exploitation, or abuse.

·       Otherwise violates applicable child protection laws.

Weevu will immediately suspend or terminate accounts involved in such activity and will report suspected violations to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant law enforcement authorities, and cooperate fully with investigations as required by law.

Sexual Content and Nudity

The Weevu platform is not an adult entertainment platform.

Unless explicitly authorized by Weevu in writing, the following are prohibited:

·       Pornographic or sexually explicit content.

·       Explicit sexual acts intended to arouse.

·       Fetish content.

·       Sexual services, escorting, or prostitution-related content.

·       Sexualized nudity or graphic sexual descriptions.

·       Non-sexual nudity or contextually appropriate content (e.g., art, education, news, or cultural expression) may be permitted at Weevu’s sole discretion and must comply with all applicable laws and platform rules.

Harassment, Hate, and Abuse

You may not engage in harassment, threats, intimidation, or abuse toward any individual or group.

Prohibited conduct includes:

·       Hate speech or hateful conduct based on protected characteristics.

·       Bullying, doxxing, stalking, or intimidation.

·       Threats of violence or harm.

·       Encouraging others to harass or target individuals or groups.

Privacy and Personal Information

You may not:

·       Share or request another person’s private or sensitive information without consent.

·       Record or stream individuals in private spaces without authorization.

·       Use the platform to invade the privacy of others.

Streamers are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary rights and permissions to stream from any location or involving any individuals.

Intellectual Property and Third-Party Rights

You may not post or stream content that infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights of others.

This includes, but is not limited to:

·       Copyrighted broadcasts, concerts, sporting events, or performances without authorization.

·       Unauthorized use of trademarks, logos, or branded content.

·       Streaming content in violation of ticket terms or venue restrictions.

Platform Integrity and Misuse

You may not:

·       Circumvent platform safeguards or moderation systems.

·       Attempt to manipulate payments, ratings, or discovery systems.

·       Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without authorization.

·       Engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior or spam.

Enforcement

Weevu may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:

·       Remove or restrict access to content.

·       Suspend or terminate accounts.

·       Withhold or reverse payouts as permitted by law.

·       Report conduct to payment processors, app stores, or authorities when required.

Enforcement actions may include temporary restrictions, permanent bans, or referral to payment processors. Enforcement decisions are final and based on the totality of circumstances, including severity, intent, and prior violations.

Reporting Violations

Users may report violations of these Guidelines through Weevu’s reporting tools or by contacting support@weevu.com.

Weevu encourages prompt reporting of content that may violate these Guidelines or applicable law.

Changes to Community Guidelines

Weevu may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Guidelines.
